We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Relationship Manager / Sales & Equity Dealer to join our team.
📍 Location: Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹40,000 + Attractive Incentives
💸 Average Incentives: ₹10K – ₹15K/month (Top performers earn ₹30K+)
Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Good communication skills & basic English
• Interest in stock market (for Freshers)
• Trading knowledge preferred (for Experienced)
• Both Freshers & Experienced can apply

Daily Activities
Freshers:
• Call & generate leads, explain stock market & demat benefits
• Help clients open & manage demat accounts
• Assist clients in opening & managing demat accounts
• Follow up & convert leads into clients
Experienced:
• Handle portfolios & support trading activities
• Manage client portfolios & support trading activities
• Monitor market trends & provide investment advice
• Suggest strategies & upsell products to clients
• Prepare performance reports & resolve client queries
• Build long-term relationships & ensure client satisfaction
Core Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify & engage potential clients to expand retail & HNI base
• Trade Execution: Execute trades across Equity, Commodity, and F&O segments
• Client Relationship Management: Provide proactive service & market insights
• Product Knowledge: Advise on diverse financial products
• Compliance: Ensure regulatory & internal policy adherence
