Job Description

To drive life insurance business through HDFC Bank branches by building strong partner relationships, ensuring product penetration, and achieving assigned business targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with partner bank branches
• Achieve sales, revenue, and persistency targets
• Train and support bank staff on life insurance products
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and regulatory norms
• Monitor partner performance and resolve issues promptly

✅ Must Haves

• Good Communications Skills
• Experience in Sales preferred
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence
• Preferably, local to the area
