Relationship Manager

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Relationship Manager (RM) – Mortgage & Lending

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals with experience in mortgage and lending sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing online leads, handling customers, and driving the complete loan process from login to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert online leads (Lead Flash) efficiently.
• Generate and manage Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
• Understand customer profiles and map them with suitable banks and products.
• Maintain strong coordination with banks, DSAs, and internal operations teams.
• Ensure timely document collection, login, sanction, and disbursement.
• Negotiate terms and close deals as per customer and bank policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HL and LAP products.
• Good understanding of bank-specific policies and deal structures.
• Ability to identify the right bank for different customer profiles and file types.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and closure abilities.
• Good coordination and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1+year experience in mortgage/home loan/LAP sales.
• Prior experience in handling online leads preferred.
• Exposure to multiple banks and lending institutions is an advantage.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Local market knowledge of Delhi NCR.
