Roles & Responsibilities (Home Loan & LAP Field Sales)
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, DSAs, builders, and local sourcing.
- Explain home loan & LAP products, collect documents, and close cases to meet targets.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely disbursal.
Skills & Attributes Often Required
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and field-ready.
- Basic knowledge of home loan & LAP processes and documentation.
