Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to drive lead generation through outbound cold calling. The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into business opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided databases or self-generated leads.
• Identify and qualify potential clients based on defined criteria.
• Introduce company products/services and explain value propositions clearly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to generate business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations
• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture and move them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Handle objections professionally and convert conversations into opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
