Job Summary:

We are hiring Relationship Managers for leading banking clients for CASA, MBL, and Retail Banking processes. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and building strong relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.
• Generate leads and promote MBL (Micro Business Loans) and other retail banking products.
• Identify potential clients through field activities, references, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance as per banking norms.
• Provide product information and assist customers in selecting suitable banking solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• 0–4 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial sales preferred.
• Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented approach.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products is an advantage.
