Are you a persuasive closer who can handle high-ticket B2C sales over Zoom?

Sudheer Extra Leads is hiring a remote commission-based sales closer to sell our $6K USD roofing appointment package to US clients. You will be speaking to warm leads already booked on the calendar.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run Zoom sales calls with roofing contractors (B2C warm discovery calls)
• Handle objections confidently
• Close deals and track follow-up inside CRM

💼 Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English with a neutral accent
• Must have closed ₹2L+ deals (or $3K+ sales packages) remotely
• Comfortable working US night shift (8 PM to 5 AM IST)
• Must be confident selling commission-only with high earnings potential

💸 Pay Structure:

• 10% commission per sale
• Closers earn ₹2.5–₹5 Lakhs/month based on performance
• Bonus of ₹40K for hitting ₹50L in sales/month
