Reservation Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, handle booking processes, and coordinate with vendors/drivers to ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong client-handling skills, booking management experience, and the ability to lead an operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end booking operations using company software.
• Allocate vehicles/drivers and monitor trip execution in real time.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle escalations and service issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and drivers for duty assignments and timely reporting.
• Ensure accurate collection and verification of duty slips after trip completion.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and track key performance metrics.
• Lead and guide operations executives; ensure adherence to SLAs and process standards.
• Identify operational gaps, improve processes, and enhance service efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong client handling & communication skills.
• Experience in booking management and transport/operations software.
• Vendor and driver coordination experience.
• Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/CRM tools).
• Ability to manage pressure, multi-task, and lead a team.
