Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Residential Solar Sales Representative to help homeowners switch to solar energy. You will generate leads, meet with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close sales.

Responsibilities

·        Generate and follow up on leads

·        Conduct in-home or virtual consultations

·        Explain solar benefits, pricing, and financing options

·        Create proposals and close deals

Requirements

·        Sales experience preferred (solar/home improvement a plus)

·        Strong communication and closing skills

·        Self-driven and goal-oriented

·        Reliable transportation
