Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Residential Solar Sales Representative to help homeowners switch to solar energy. You will generate leads, meet with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close sales. You will also identify and develop opportunities to onboard new dealers and distributors to expand our market network.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations

• Explain solar benefits, pricing, and financing options

• Create proposals and close deals

• Identify potential partners for dealership and distributorship opportunities and help expand the sales network

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (solar/home improvement a plus)

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Self-driven and goal-oriented

• Reliable transportation
