Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Training:
Train and develop staff on service standards, SOPs, hygiene, billing, and upselling techniques.
• Staff Handling:
Manage staff attendance, discipline, grooming, motivation, and performance.
• Shift Handling:
Plan and manage staff shifts to ensure smooth operations during peak and non-peak hours.
• Billing, Inventory & Ordering:
• Oversee POS and billing operations
• Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor ordering
• Control wastage and pilferage
• Opening & Closing Operations:
Ensure proper outlet opening and closing as per company SOPs.
• Sales Target Achievement:
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through team motivation and planning.
• Marketing, Upselling & Sales Boosting:
• Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase average order value
• Introduce combo offers, add-ons, and promotional schemes
• Train staff on suggestive selling and product knowledge
• Customer Relationship Management:
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure excellent dining experience for repeat business.
• Local Marketing & Promotions:
Support local marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
• Compliance & Hygiene:
Ensure food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies are followed at all times.
Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and sales reporting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure
