Step into a leadership role with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance as a Retail Partner. You’ll build and lead a team of Insurance Consultants (ICs) while driving life insurance sales and business growth. This role offers you the opportunity to be your own boss and achieve success through team leadership and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Attract and develop talented Insurance Consultants (ICs).
• Training & Mentoring: Guide and motivate your team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in driving the sales of Bajaj Allianz Life insurance products through your team.
• Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer service excellence and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to company guidelines and IRDAI regulations.

What We Offer:

• Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on performance).
