We have an urgent requirement as a Retail sales executive in a DHL Express Logistic company for below location. Location- North Delhi /West Delhi/ East Delhi Job profile:-Candidates should be graduate. General Purpose To assist customers in booking international and domestic shipments. To provide product information and encourage customers to book with Logistic company. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities  Greet customers  Identify customer's needs  Recommend, select the right products  Describe a product's features and benefits  Demonstrate use and operation of the product  Assist in booking the shipment through Retail Point of Sales system  Answer customer queries regarding the store and the products  Provide information about track and trace and other value added services on offer  Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit card payments  Provide change and receipts  Maintain daily sales records  Telecalling activities for lead generation  Maintain hygiene of store  Undertake marketing visits to Industrial and residential hubs Education and Experience  Graduate or equivalent degree  Knowledge of customer service principles and processes  Knowledge of sales principles  Experience in a retail or customer service or sales environment  Basic computer  Fresher’s also can apply Key Competencies  Good communication skills- writing, reading, verbal and listening  customer service orientation  patience  adaptability  taking initiative  persuasiveness  Ability of handle pressure  high energy level  integrity  Appreciation for health & hygiene in handling a front end of counter e.g. dressing sense Salary Package • CTC 22k + Incentive
