We are looking for an Implementation Executive who will work on chatbot setup and AI chat flow automation across multiple platforms.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Build and manage chatbot & AI chat flows
• Implement automation on WhatsApp, Website & Social Media
• Configure workflows as per client requirements
• Test and optimise chat journeys
• Handle client escalations and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with internal tech & sales team

Ideal Candidate:

• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with software tools
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Freshers with strong aptitude can apply
