Job Summary:

Genplast is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell plastic auxiliary products, masterbatches, additives, and related materials. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers in plastic manufacturing industries.

• Promote Genplast products such as plastic additives, masterbatches, fillers, etc.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Visit factories, conduct product presentations, and explain technical benefits.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Coordinate with the purchase and production team for order execution.

• Follow up for payments and ensure timely collections.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate preferred)

• 1–3 years experience in plastic/raw material sales (preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of plastic industry will be an advantage

• Ability to travel locally

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
