Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with limited experience, offering an opportunity to gain valuable insights into the real estate industry and build a foundation for a successful career.



Work Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years experience

Salary – 3 to 3.6 LPA plus Incentives

Incentive – Based on Sales Commission

Conveyance – Conveyance will payable by the company for client visits or surveying the property

Job Location – South Delhi


Key Responsibilities:


Market Surveys:

  • Assist in conducting market surveys to gather data on commercial and residential real estate trends and opportunities.
  • Compile and organize survey findings for analysis by senior team members.
  • Research/Surveys the properties, as per the client requirements.


Outreach and Confirmation:

  • Conduct outbound calls to property owners to confirm the availability of properties for lease or sale.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners to gather necessary information.
  • Record accurate and detailed information obtained during calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to provide timely updates on property availability.


Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of leasing documents, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of real estate transaction activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to provide timely updates on property availability.


Skills Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills. (English Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and management.
  • Ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
