In our journey, we have successfully developed three innovative applications, namely TrackBee (survey data collection application), TrackBee community (trained enumerator database) and Rate2Earn (panel-based engagement platform) for web and mobile, among other devices. Responsibilities: - Sales and business development planning based on set targets - Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating and nurturing new sales opportunities, target identification & classification. - Schedule calls, meetings, presentations and demos with prospective users. - Understand user needs by getting constant feedback and advise the product development team. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams - Generate leads - Meet your daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. - Planning for daily, weekly, and monthly targets, updating and maintaining MIS reports. - Answering potential customer questions and taking up follow-up and negotiation calls to provide necessary clarifications to close the deal. - Maximise revenue generation and lead closures - Business generation through new customer acquisition and existing customer retention - Research prospective customers to plan and implement new target market initiatives. - Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Essential Qualification / Requirements: - Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream - Business development: 1 year (Preferred) - Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred) - Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Emoluments: As per industry standards Emoluments offered within the band will be commensurate with qualification and experience and are subject to statutory compliances. Required Competency: - Excellent verbal & written communication skills. - Willingness to go the extra mile to meet revenue target. - Passionate about a career in Sales. - Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets - Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality – He/she has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image. - A team player with demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team along with good interpersonal abilities. - Presentation skills. Computer proficiency - Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook. - Ability to use internet for desk research, literature review and accessing other relevant documents. Reporting: Sales executive would be required to report to the Head, sales.
