Job Details·       Location: Work from Office – Pul Pehladpur, New Delhi

·       Job Type: Full-Time

·       Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives



🎯

Key Responsibilities·       Handle incoming buyer enquiries from India MART Seller Portal

·       Call and follow up with prospective B2B customers

·       Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

·       Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales

·       Update lead status, remarks & follow-ups on India MART panel & Google Sheets

·       Maintain daily call logs and sales reports

·       Coordinate with internal team for quotation, order processing & dispatch

·       Manage basic procurement coordination (if required)

Sales Team Handling·       Manage and guide junior sales executives / tele callers

·       Monitor daily calling activity & lead conversion

·       Assign leads and ensure proper follow-ups

·       Train team on lead handling & closing techniques

·       Track team performance and report to management



🛠️

Required Skills & Experience·       Mandatory: Hands-on experience with India MART Seller Panel

·       2–8 years of experience in tele calling / B2B sales

·       Experience in handling or leading a sales team (preferred)

·       Strong understanding of:

o  Lead management

o  Buyer enquiry handling

o  Lead boosting / preferred leads

·       Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

·       Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability

·       Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel

Preferred Candidate Profile·       Experience in industrial / lubricant / MRO / B2B or B2C sales

·       Leadership ability with team handling experience

·       Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently

·       Comfortable with daily targets & reporting

·       Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills
