Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to help achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team in daily operations and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery status, and documentation
• Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems
• Track sales targets and performance metrics
• Handle order processing, invoicing coordination, and dispatch follow-ups
• Support in preparing presentations, tenders, and contracts
• Communicate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) for smooth execution
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when needed

• Strong Excel / MS Office knowledge
• Basic understanding of sales processes & documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support / coordination (preferred)
• Freshers with strong admin & communication skills may apply
