Sales Confirmation & NDR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact customers to confirm orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) sales to prevent cancellations/risk.
2. Manage NDR calls to resolve delivery failures, update customer details and schedule re-attempts.
3. Coordinate with logistics/delivery teams to close open cases and minimize RTO losses.
4. Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
5. Provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and ensure positive customer experience throughout.

✔️ Who Should Apply:

1. Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
2. Comfortable making outbound calls
3. Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel/Google Sheets)

Prior customer support or sales experience is a plus
