Responsibilities Managing the sales funnel Co-ordinate with Sales team and Channel Partners Helping the sales team/stake holders improve productivity through regular communication with customers and analyzing reports To engage in initial call with the prospect before passing the conversation to the respective stakeholders. Handle Inbound/Outbound calls on sales leads and pitch to convert interested prospects into customers. Assure Quality of Sales Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements Answering sales calls and providing necessary information Ability to handle customer queries successfully Ability to review and recommend changes to sales processes Qualifications Ideal candidate should possess Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, and presentation) Bachelor's degree Candidates with 2-5 years' experience in Sales Coordination role Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills Growth mindset and thrive in a challenging environment The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines Good team development and leadership skills Managing customer, channel and influencer databases
