Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound enquiries received from Facebook, Instagram (Meta Ads), Website, WhatsApp, and Phone Calls
Contact and follow up with potential customers via calls and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
Maintain and update lead data on a daily basis (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets)
