Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and reliable Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will support our sales efforts by managing sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and client, Male Candidate should have market visit experience and are comfortable to visit.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:● Customer Understanding:

○ Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and business needs.

○ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions.

● Sales Activities:

○ Assist in pursuing new sales prospects and identifying business opportunities.

○ Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring successful outcomes.

○ Handle objections and provide solutions to overcome challenges in the sales process.

● Collaboration and Feedback:

○ Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

○ Collect and analyze feedback from customers and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams for process improvement.

● Follow-Ups and CRM Management:

○ Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to move deals toward closure.

○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

● Administrative Support:

○ Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.

○ Assist in coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and events.

Requirements and Skills:● Proficiency:

○ Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Sales Skills:

○ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

○ Passion for sales with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

● Analytical and Problem-Solving:

○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs and resolve issues.

● Personal Attributes:

○ Patience and calmness in managing client interactions and handling objections.

○ Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Education and Experience:● Educational Background:

○ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), Arts or a related field is preferred.

● Experience:

Atleast 6 months experience required

○ Experience in sales coordinator or direct sales is advantageous.
