Sales Coordinator

Provide day-to-day support to the sales team

Coordinate with customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp

Prepare, process, and track sales orders

Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, invoices, and other sales documents

Coordinate dispatch, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups

Maintain and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Update and maintain customer and sales data in CRM or Excel

Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)

1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support

Freshers may apply if they have good communication skills

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email

Basic knowledge of CRM software (preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Ability to work independently as well as in a team
