Job Description
Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Work from Home (Remote)
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Weekly Off: Monday
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into paying customers
- Explain AstroNidan's services, consultation packages, and subscription plans
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain engagement
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Provide feedback on customer queries and concerns to improve services
Requirements:
- Own laptop (mandatory)
- Working Android phone (mandatory)
- Stable internet connection
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Prior tele-sales or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer literacy
Good to Have:
- Interest in or knowledge of astrology
- Experience in EdTech, wellness, or spiritual services sales
