Job Description

Position: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Work from Home (Remote)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Weekly Off: Monday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into paying customers
  • Explain AstroNidan's services, consultation packages, and subscription plans
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain engagement
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
  • Provide feedback on customer queries and concerns to improve services

Requirements:

  • Own laptop (mandatory)
  • Working Android phone (mandatory)
  • Stable internet connection
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
  • Prior tele-sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic computer literacy

Good to Have:

  • Interest in or knowledge of astrology
  • Experience in EdTech, wellness, or spiritual services sales
