Job Title: Sales Executive – Power & Generation

Department: Sales / Business Development

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–5 Years (Power / Energy Sector Preferred)



Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Power & Generation sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets related to power equipment, generation solutions, or related services.



  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the power and generation industry.
  • Promote and sell products/services such as generators, transformers, power systems, EPC solutions, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and government bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) for smooth project execution.
  • Participate in tenders, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.



  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (MBA in Sales is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales within the power, energy, or generation sector.
  • Strong understanding of power equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
