Job Title:Remote Educator (Sales & Counselling)

ONLY FOR EXPERIENCED SALES PROFILES


Location:Remote – Work From Home ( Must have own Laptop and wifi in good working conditions ).


Hiring from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka and Bangalore.

Language - English , Hindi and Regional.

🚨TECHNICAL SETUP REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)You must have:

✔Working Laptop (Mandatory)

✔Working Android/iPhone (Mandatory)

✔Stable Wi-Fi Internet (Mandatory)→ Wi-Fi reimbursement provided up to a fixed limit every month.

Company will provide:

✔ IVR Dialer

✔ Lead Management System

✔ Scripts & Training

✔ Support from TL & Senior Educators

Role Summary this is a hardcore performance-oriented sales role where you will:

●     Handle incoming leads


●     Conduct program counselling


●     Close admissions


●     Work with TL to hit weekly revenue goals


●     Follow strict calling & reporting routines


●     Perform in a fast, target-driven environment


Only serious and ambitious candidates will be accepted.



Key Responsibilities:-

1. Daily Lead Handling

●     Call 50–80 leads every day


●     Explain our program modules, benefits, outcomes


●     Understand customer pain points


●     Suggest the right plan


●     Build trust through structured conversation




2. Sales & Closing

●     Handle objections


●     Convince indecisive prospects


●     Push for conversion ethically


●     Work closely with Team Leader


●     Close payments using defined sales scripts


●     Maintain a positive conversion ratio




3. Reporting

●     Daily Google Meet supervision with TL


●     Daily CRM updates


●     Daily closing submissions


●     Follow 7 PM reporting rule


●     Attend weekly training sessions




Who We Want :

✔ MUST HAVE (MANDATORY)

●     Minimum 2 to 4 years of REAL sales experience


 (preferred: edtech, fantasy gaming, BPO sales, fintech sales)


●     Working laptop


●     Stable Wi-Fi broadband (reimbursed partially)


●     Smartphone (Android/iOS)


●     Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day


●     Fluent in Hindi or regional language


●     Comfortable in performance pressure


●     Ambitious + target-driven


●     Ability to think on feet and handle objections

Compensation₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)+ HEAVY INCENTIVES (Uncapped Earning Potential)Top performers can earn 2x–3x monthly salary.




Work Hours:

●     10 AM – 7 PM (6 days working Wednesday fixed off - Sundays working)


●     Must be actively calling throughout the day


●     Mandatory morning & evening meets
