Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting leads into sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and pursue potential customers, as well as a keep eye for interior design trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Visit potential clients to present our product range and demonstrate our door-to-door installation services.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads from the store into sales by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the home decor or related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Education: High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
