Job Description
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries related to residential and commercial plots.
- Conduct virtual presentations and property consultations for interested clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the lead database (CRM).
- Coordinate with the site visit team for client appointments and visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
