Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment to clients in the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering, Cloud Kitchens). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HoReCa sector
  • Visit clients such as hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and catering units
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable kitchen equipment solutions
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities


Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
  • Basic technical understanding of kitchen equipment is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in HoReCa sales or commercial equipment industry
  • Knowledge of kitchen layouts, refrigeration systems, or food processing equipment
  • Existing client network in hotels/restaurants is a plus
