Key Responsibilities
- Calling incoming leads and follow-ups
- Communicating with clients on WhatsApp and phone
- Understanding client requirements and sharing details with the team
- Closing bookings and coordinating internally
- Maintaining basic lead tracking

- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Comfortable with calling-based sales
