Job Description
Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Part-Time, Remote)
About the Role
This role is not for marketing, inbound sales, or relationship-only profiles.
Work Details
- Work type: Remote
- Working hours: 4–5 hours per day
- Workdays: 6 days per week (Sunday off)
- Calling volume: 60–80 calls per day
- Sales process: Cold calls → Demo booking → Founder-led demo
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to coaching institute owners/directors
- Pitch Aqlia’s AI-based quiz & test generation product
- Identify interested and qualified prospects
- Book demos for the founder
- Maintain clean follow-ups and call notes
- Meet daily demo booking targets
Daily Targets (Non-Negotiable)
- 60–80 outbound calls
- Minimum 5 meaningful conversations per day
- 2 qualified demos booked per day
Who Should Apply
- 1–3 years experience in sales (B2B / EdTech / Tech sales preferred)
- Freshers can apply only if comfortable with cold calling
- Good spoken English required
- Hindi or regional language is a plus
- Comfortable handling objections on calls
- Disciplined with follow-ups and targets
Who Should NOT Apply
- Looking for a casual or side-income job
- Not comfortable with cold calling
- Students or people juggling multiple jobs
- Expecting inbound leads or field sales
Training & Support
- 1–2 days product and call training
- Call script provided (expected to improvise with experience)
- Curated calling lists provided
- Self-research encouraged for better performance
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹8,000 per month
- Incentives: Paid per qualified client
- Incentives paid monthly
- Earnings depend purely on performance
Performance & Growth
- Performance reviewed in first month
- Poor follow-ups, bad attitude, or no demo bookings may lead to exit
- Consistent performers can move to:
- Full-time role
- Senior Sales Executive position
