Role Overview
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be a key driver in expanding student enrollments by engaging with parents and students, explaining program benefits, addressing queries, and converting leads into confirmed admissions. This role plays a vital part in supporting the institution’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads (calls, website inquiries, walk-ins) and follow up proactively.
• Explain SD IAS Juniors programs, benefits, curriculum highlights, and admission process.
• Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and education fairs.
• Track interactions and lead status in CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Assist in preparing reports and forecasting enrollment trends.
• Coordinate closely with counselors and operations for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with a positive, energetic approach.
• Comfortable with targets and motivated by performance incentives.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
Preferred
• Experience in education sales or coaching admissions is a plus.
• Familiarity with school education and competitive exams landscape.
