Position Title:
Technical Sales Executive β School ERP

Role Overview:
This role requires a candidate who can understand software features deeply, explain them clearly to non-technical school authorities, and assist in technical product demonstrations, onboarding, and client support during the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and pitch the MySchoolBell School ERP with a strong technical understanding of modules and workflows.
Conduct technical product demos (online/offline) for principals, school management, and administrators.
Explain ERP features such as admissions, attendance, fees, exams, reports, mobile apps, and integrations.
Analyze school requirements and propose suitable ERP configurations.
Act as a technical bridge between clients and the development team.
Assist in school onboarding, initial setup, and basic technical training.
Support the sales process with technical documentation, feature explanations, and solution clarity.
Gather technical feedback from schools to help improve the product.
Achieve sales and onboarding targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of software systems / ERP / SaaS products.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, non-technical language.
Good knowledge of web applications, mobile apps, and basic system workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with demos, dashboards, reports, and system flows.
Willingness to visit schools and interact with decision-makers.
Preferred Background:
Experience in ERP, SaaS, EdTech, or Software Sales / Pre-Sales.
Background in IT, Computer Science, or Technical Support is an added advantage.
Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are welcome.
