Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services in the assigned area. The role involves visiting potential clients, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Visit customers, dealers, and distributors to promote and sell company products.

•Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories.

•Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

•Collect market feedback and competitor information to improve sales strategies.

•Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

•Handle customer queries, provide product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

•Participate in exhibitions, product promotions, and marketing campaigns when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

•Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.

•1–3 years of experience in field sales .

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

•Willingness to travel extensively.

•Self-motivated and target-oriented.
