Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Telecaller / WhatsApp Sales Executive who is confident in customer communication and comfortable using a laptop, WhatsApp, and Excel for daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and explain products/services
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp chat & calls
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales
• Maintain lead data and sales reports in Excel
• Update daily work status and follow-up details
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp messaging
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, follow-ups)
• Comfortable working on a Laptop
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

Requirements:

• Laptop is mandatory (candidate must have their own laptop)
