Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Vertex EXIM Solutions. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

1.     Telecalling: Initiate outbound calls to clients to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.

2.     Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our services.

3.     Coordination: Facilitate seamless coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, resolve logistical challenges, and meet client expectations.

4.     Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

5.     Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, updating databases, and generating reports to support decision-making processes.
