Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Executive with 2-4 years of experience to drive our export sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and a strong proficiency in utilizing modern sales technologies, specifically Zoho CRM, ERP systems, and the VOLZA global trade platform. This role demands a strategic approach to international B2B sales, requiring the ability to manage complex pricing structures, generate accurate quotations, and cultivate enduring relationships with global clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach, optimizing our sales processes through data analysis, and ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial inquiry to final delivery.

 


Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

The Sales Executive will actively utilize the VOLZA global trade platform to conduct comprehensive market research and identify high-potential international leads. This involves analyzing global import-export data to uncover new business opportunities and strategically targeting prospective B2B clients across various international markets. The role requires developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to establish initial contact and build a robust pipeline of qualified international prospects.

 


Customer Account Management

A core responsibility involves managing and nurturing relationships with our existing portfolio of international clients. The Sales Executive will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries. This includes understanding specific client requirements, providing expert product recommendations from our extensive catalog of 200,000+ parts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.

 


Pricing Strategy and Quotations

The candidate will be responsible for preparing highly accurate and competitive commercial quotations within our standard 24-hour response timeframe. This requires a deep understanding of international pricing strategies, including calculating costs based on various shipping terms (FOB, CIF, ex-warehouse). The Sales Executive will lead pricing negotiations with international clients, balancing competitive positioning with the company's profitability objectives, and ensuring all commercial terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.

 


Data Analysis and Reporting

Strong analytical capabilities are essential for this role. The Sales Executive will leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze complex sales data, track performance metrics, and identify emerging market trends. This involves creating detailed sales reports, forecasting future demand, and providing actionable insights to the management team to inform strategic decision-making and optimize our export sales strategies.

 


CRM and ERP Management

The role requires meticulous management of customer data and sales pipelines using Zoho CRM and our integrated ERP systems. The Sales Executive will ensure all client interactions, quotations, and order details are accurately recorded and maintained in real-time. This includes utilizing the CRM to track sales progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure seamless coordination with the logistics and procurement teams for efficient order fulfillment.

 


Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience and Education

•      Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the export, automotive, or industrial sectors.

•      Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

 


Technical Proficiencies

•      CRM/ERP Systems: Demonstrated proficiency in using Zoho CRM and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for sales management and data entry.

•      Trade Platforms: Hands-on experience with the VOLZA global trade platform for market research and lead generation is highly desirable.

•      Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage large datasets, utilize complex formulas, and create comprehensive analytical reports.

•      Analytical Thinking: Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable sales strategies.

•      Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for effective negotiation and relationship building with international clients.

•      Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of international trade terms, pricing structures, and commercial negotiation techniques.

•      Organization: High level of detail orientation and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts and complex quotations simultaneously.
