Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend inbound sales inquiries
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently to customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

- Follow up with interested and prospective customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or tracking sheets
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure
