Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Head (HOD) to lead and manage the sales function. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, developing strategies, and ensuring achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure consistent target achievement
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and CRM usage
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members for improved performance

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales strategy, planning, and execution
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• PreferredExperience in Automobile / Tractor / FMCG / Retail sales
• Experience managing field sales teams
