Job Description – Sales Head (Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

Position: Sales Head

Industry: Commercial Kitchen Equipment / HoReCa

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: Director / CEO

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and grow the sales function for our Commercial Kitchen Equipment business. The role involves driving revenue, managing key HoReCa accounts, developing dealer and consultant networks, and leading a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial kitchen equipment
  • Achieve annual and monthly sales targets and revenue growth
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales and business development team
  • Build strong relationships with HoReCa clients, hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hospitals, and institutions
  • Develop channel sales through dealers, distributors, consultants, and project partners
  • Handle key accounts, large projects, and high-value negotiations
  • Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for smooth execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
  • 8–12 years of experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment / HoReCa sales
  • Strong understanding of kitchen equipment, project sales, and turnkey solutions
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively
