Sales Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Interns to promote and sell school book sets directly to parents and students. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining the value of the book sets, and generating sales within local communities.

This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, and business development, while earning performance-based incentives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell school book sets directly to parents and students.
• Approach potential customers in residential areas, bookstores, tuition centers, and local markets.
• Explain the content, benefits, and pricing of the book sets clearly.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate book sets for their class or curriculum.
• Maintain a record of daily leads, customer interactions, and sales.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
• Eligibility CriteriaStudents or fresh graduates from any stream.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Incentive & Earnings StructureBase Stipend (Optional): ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
• Sales Incentive: ₹30 – ₹120 per book set sold (depending on quantity)

• Sell 150 book sets in a month → Earn ₹4,500 – ₹18,000 in incentives.
