Job Title: Sales Manager – Elevators / Lifts

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Delhi NCR

Reports To: Regional Sales Head / Director

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations in the elevator/lift industry. The role involves generating new business, managing key accounts, handling project sales, and achieving revenue targets across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Generate leads through consultants, builders, architects, contractors, and developers
  • Handle end-to-end project sales (enquiry → proposal → negotiation → closure)
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and channel partners
  • Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client meetings
  • Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams for project execution
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasting reports
  • Lead and mentor sales executives (if team handling role)
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong B2B and project sales experience
  • Knowledge of elevator products, modernization, and AMC sales
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to read tender documents and technical specifications
  • Strong network with builders, consultants, and architects preferred
  • Good communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred)
  • 3–12 years of sales experience, preferably in elevators, construction equipment, or building solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • KPIs / Performance MetricsRevenue & order booking targets
  • Conversion ratio from enquiry to order
  • New client acquisition
  • Collection & payment follow-ups
  • Market share growth in assigned territory
