Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage a sales team handling Gurgaon real estate projects

 Drive sales for projects by M3M, Signature Global, Ashiana, Omaxe, DLF, Godrej, Emaar, and other reputed builders

 Plan and execute sales strategies for residential & commercial properties

 Monitor team performance: calls, site visits, conversions & closures

 Handle high-value clients, negotiations, and final bookings

 Ensure strong follow-up discipline and CRM/MIS reporting

 Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and marketing teams

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

 Proven 2–6 years of Gurgaon real estate sales experience

 Strong exposure to premium projects

 Team handling and leadership experience

 Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday)
