Job Description

The Territory Manager / Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory through effective channel sales and field sales activities. The role involves recruiting and managing channel partners, promoting financial products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand channel sales operations in the assigned territory
  • Recruit, onboard, and support channel partners / advisors
  • Promote and sell products through partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and MIS
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
  • Experience in channel sales, insurance is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated approach
  • Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting preferred
