We’re Hiring | Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Home Loans / LAP (DSA / DST Channel)
Novum Insight Management is looking for experienced Area Sales Managers with strong exposure to Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP) and proven expertise in managing DSA / DST channels. This is a leadership opportunity offering regional ownership, visibility, and career growth.
📍 Open Locations:
Delhi / NCR | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Kolkata | Mumbai | Lucknow | Jaipur
💼 Function: Sales – Home Loans / Loan Against Property
💰 CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Drive Home Loan & LAP disbursements through DSA / DST channels
• Recruit, onboard, and manage DSA / connector networks
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for smooth processing
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience in Home Loans / LAP sales (Bank / NBFC / HFC)
• Strong background in DSA / channel management
• Proven leadership skills with deep local market knowledge
🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance preferred)
