 Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

 Maintaining productivity and deliverables of business growth in territory

 Creating a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

 Building new relationship with the builder community for new projects and expansion plans.

 Handling DSA channels
