Job Title: Sales Manager – Personal Loans (Inside Sales)

Department: Loan Sales

Location: Okhla Phase 2

Experience Required: Min 5 Years


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the Personal Loans inside sales team. The role involves managing a team of tele-callers, driving sales through calling channels, and ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of inside sales executives/tele-callers
  • Drive Personal Loan sales through outbound and inbound calling
  • Monitor daily calling activity, conversions, and team performance
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality
  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing cases
  • Track and improve key metrics such as conversion ratio, TAT, and lead quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams (credit & operations) for smooth processing
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines


Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Personal Loan / BFSI sales (inside sales preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
  • Strong knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Target-oriented mindset with a focus on performance
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in tele-sales environment
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
