We are seeking both experienced and fresher sales executives to join our team. The sales executive will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the CCTV, VDP, and security system industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong technical understanding of CCTV, VDP, and security systems or a strong interest in learning about the industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations to clients, following up on any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions that meet the clients' needs and budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings, providing feedback to the management team as necessary.
Requirements:
For experienced candidates:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in the CCTV, VDP, and security system industry.
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, VDP, and security systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
For fresher candidates:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in learning about the CCTV, VDP, and security system industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
