Our company is seeking to hire a Regional Sales & BD manager who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting B2B sales goals for our Brake Linings. 

Duties will include identifying target customers, doing sales pitch to B2B customers, product demonstration and negotiations.

In order to be a good fit for the role, the candidate should have an in depth knowledge of offline channel sales along with good interpersonal skills. Previous experience in structured/channel sales in Auto or FMCG sector is a must.

Responsibilities-

Identifying potential customers
Creating weekly plans and monthly reports
Strategizing sales approach with team
Giving sales presentation to prospective buyers
Coordinating with productions team for order creation and fulfilment

Requirement-

Bachelors degree 
Experience in Channel sales in Auto or FMCG sector
3+ years of experience in on-field sales
Proven track record in sales
Excellent communications skills
Comfortable to travel regionally
